FREE UK Returns Label

If you are in the UK and would like to return all or part of your order. You can click on the label below and on ordinary paper and stick to the package (just click on the image and it should open a printing dialog box). You can then post the package back using any Royal Mail post box, however we do recommend you use a post office so that you can obtain proof of postage to use to make a claim against the Royal Mail in the event the package goes missing. Please don't forget to include details of your original order (the invoice it came with will do fine) and details of what you'd like to exchange or refund. Please include the following information (a copy of your order or invoice with a note of what you want written on it is the best way. If you need to, you can print another copy by clicking here and then clicking 'View or change order' on the correct order followed by 'Need to print an invoice?', then click 'File' then 'Print'.):
  • Your Name
  • Your Address
  • Your Telephone Number
  • Your Order Number (this can be found on the top right of your invoice)
  • The size or alternative item you would like in exchange (there is no extra postage charge for exchanges) or the reason you would like a refund. (You have the right to cancel your order for any reason as long as it's within 7 working days commencing the day after you receive your order. We will allow extra time as long as the goods are returned in a saleable condition.)

If you want an exchange we will also not charge you extra postage. If you don't include all of the information above it will take us longer to process your return. You will then need to return your item within 14 days of receipt of the returns label.
