Please only use form below if you would like to exercise your right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under distance selling regulations. Please note your original shipping cost is non-refundable except in the unlikely event of a faulty product. As part of our terms and conditions of sale, you will be required to return the whole order that is being cancelled within 30 days of notifying us of cancellation and all original packaging and labelling will need to be included.
